NATIONAL ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION COUNCIL (QUEENSLAND) ACT 1994 - SECT 49

(1) Subject to this Division, staff of the Service Corporation are to be persons engaged under the Public Service Act 1999 (Cwlth).

(2) For the Public Service Act 1999 (Cwlth)--

(a) the NEPC Executive Officer and the APS employees assisting the NEPC Executive Officer together constitute a Statutory Agency; and

(b) the NEPC Executive Officer is the Head of the Statutory Agency.
