Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A report prepared by the Service Corporation under the Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Act 1997 (Cwlth), section 9, must also contain such other information as is required by the Council to be included in the report.
(2) A copy of each report and of each set of financial statements given to the responsible Minister under the Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Act 1997 (Cwlth), section 9, must also be given to each of the other members of the Council as soon as practicable after the end of the financial year to which they relate.
