Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A generating authority under the Electricity Act 1994 does not authorise the connection, under that Act, of generating plant to a transmission grid or supply network if a nuclear reactor is used for, or in connection with, the plant.
(2) Subsection (1) applies whether the authority was granted before or after the commencement.
