Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Despite the repeal of the Queensland Border to South Brisbane Railway Management Act 1930, the agreement set out in that Act continues in force until it is terminated in accordance with the agreement or by further agreement of the parties concerned.
(2) The repeal of the Queensland Border to South Brisbane Railway Management Act 1930 does not prevent Queensland Railways from entering into a further agreement with a railway authority of New South Wales for the operation of the railway services to which that Act applied.
