Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The National Trust has all the powers of an individual and may, for example--
(a) enter into contracts; and
(b) acquire, hold, deal with and dispose of property; and
(c) appoint and act through agents and attorneys; and
(d) employ staff and engage consultants; and
(e) do anything else necessary or convenient to be done for, or in connection with, its functions.
(2) The National Trust may exercise its powers inside and outside Queensland, including outside Australia.
