OFFSHORE MINERALS ACT 1998 - SECT 209

(1) The tenure must specify—

(a) the sub-blocks covered by the tenure; and

(b) the term of the tenure; and

(c) the tenure conditions.

(2) The term specified under subsection (1)(b) must not be more than 21 years.
