Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A reference to the holder of a tenure or the tenure holder is a reference to the person whose name is entered in the offshore mining register as the person who holds the tenure.
Note 1—
This Act is based upon the grant and registration of tenures.
Note 2—
If a tenure is granted to a person, that person's name is entered in the register (see section 333).
Note 3—
The entry in the register about a tenure will be varied if there is a change in the holder of the tenure (see section 338(4)).
(2) A tenure may be held by more than 1 person.
