OFFSHORE MINERALS ACT 1998 - SECT 309

A works licence holder must—

(a) keep whatever records; and

(b) give whatever records to the Minister for inspection; and

(c) make whatever returns;

are necessary to comply with—

(d) the regulations; or

(e) the tenure conditions; or

(f) a direction given by the Minister under section 387.

Note—

Under sections 386 and 387 the Minister may direct a person to keep records and to make returns.

Maximum penalty—134 penalty units.
