Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This Act applies to all individuals, including—
(a) individuals who are not Australian citizens; and
(b) individuals who are not resident in Queensland.
(2) This Act applies to all corporations, including—
(a) corporations that are not incorporated in Queensland; and
(b) corporations that do not carry on business in Queensland; and
(c) a company that, under the Corporations Act, is taken to be registered other than in Queensland.
