OFFSHORE MINERALS ACT 1998 - SECT 389

389 Direction may impose absolute prohibition

Without limiting section 387, a direction under that section may—

(a) prohibit absolutely the doing of a thing; or
(b) prohibit the doing of a thing unless a person's consent or approval is obtained.
