OPTOMETRISTS REGISTRATION ACT 2001 - SECT 119

119 Notification of change in circumstances

A registrant must, within 21 days after the happening of a change in the registrant's circumstances prescribed under a regulation, advise the board of the change.

Maximum penalty--10 penalty units.
