Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies to conditions mentioned in section 228(3) that were imposed, under the repealed Act, on an item 1 or 2 column 1 registration.
(2) Part 3, division 7 applies to the conditions as if--
(a) the conditions had been imposed on the registration under this Act; and
(b) the review period applying to the conditions were the period of 3 years starting on the commencement.
