Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A difference arising as to ordinary matters connected with the business of an incorporated limited partnership may be decided by a majority of the general partners.
(2) The provision made by subsection (1) may be varied by the partnership agreement or with the consent of the partners.
