Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if there is a change to the name of a holder of a 1923 Act petroleum tenure and the holder continues to be same person after the change.
Note—
A change of holder itself must be a dealing and must be approved under part 6N before it can have any effect. See sections 80E and 80G.
(2) The holder must give the chief executive notice of the change as soon as practicable.
(3) The notice must be in the approved form.
