PLUMBING AND DRAINAGE ACT 2002 - SECT 127
127 Restriction on building or installing chemical, composting or incinerating toilet
A person must not build or install a chemical, composting or incinerating
toilet unless the building or installation complies with the EPA design rules.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
