Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsA member is taken to have vacated office if the member—
(a) resigns his or her position on the council by signed notice of resignation given to the Minister; or
(b) can not continue as a member under section 13; or
(c) is absent without the council's permission from 3 consecutive meetings of the council of which due notice has been given.
