Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A notice given under the repealed Act to build, change, dismantle, install, repair or take away all or part of an on-site sewerage facility and not complied with before the commencement of this section is taken to be a notice given under this Act for the same purpose.
(2) However, for an offence of not complying with the notice, the penalty is the penalty that applied for the offence under the repealed Act.
