Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The council must give the chief executive a written report on its operations each year.
(2) The report must include copies of all Ministerial directions given to the council under section 28 during the year.
(3) However, the council must exclude from the copies mentioned in subsection (2) all information likely to identify a person mentioned in the direction.
