PLUMBING AND DRAINAGE ACT 2002 - SECT 69

69 Council must advise licensee of its decision

(1) If the council decides to take no further action about the matter, or to refer the matter to QCAT, the council must give the licensee written notice of the decision.

(2) If the council decides to take disciplinary action against the licensee, the council must give the licensee an information notice.
