Queensland Consolidated ActsIf, after hearing the matter, QCAT decides a ground for disciplinary action against a licensee is established, it may do 1 or more of the following—
(a) reprimand the licensee;
(b) for plumbing or drainage work—order that the work be rectified to comply with the Standard Plumbing and Drainage Regulation;
(c) impose new conditions, or change conditions, on the licence;
(d) suspend the licensee's licence for the period decided by QCAT;
(e) cancel the licensee's licence;
(f) order the licensee to pay to the council a stated amount of not more than the equivalent of 165 penalty units.
