PLUMBING AND DRAINAGE ACT 2002 - SECT 8

(1) The council may delegate its powers to—

(a) 1 or more members; or

(b) the chief executive or other appropriately qualified person in the department.

(2) However, the council may not delegate its power under this Act to decide to—

(a) refuse to license an applicant; or

(b) refuse to renew a renewable licence; or

(c) refuse to restore a renewable licence; or

(d) take disciplinary action under part 3, division 7; or

(e) change, impose or remove conditions on a licence.
