PENALTIES AND SENTENCES ACT 1992 - SECT 219
219 Transitional provision for the Justice and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2010
This Act as amended by the Justice and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2010,
part 25 applies to a sentence imposed after the commencement of part 25,
whether the offence was committed before or after the commencement of part 25.
