Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsOn an appearance by an offender under section 39(2), if the court considers the order of imprisonment should not be enforced against the offender, the court may—
(a) accept payment of the amount ordered in full; or
(b) if the offender has not been paying the amount by instalments, order that the unpaid amount be paid by instalments; or
(c) cause the proper officer to register the prescribed particulars of the unpaid amount under the State Penalties Enforcement Act 1999.
