PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS ACT 2002 - SECT 149

149 Dissolution of former board

(1) On the commencement—

(a) the former board is dissolved; and
(b) the members of the board go out of office.

(2) No compensation is payable to a member because of subsection (1).
