PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS ACT 2002 - SECT 2

(1) The following provisions of this Act commence on assent—

(a) part 1, division 4;

(b) part 11, division 2, subdivision 1;

(c) section 150;

(d) schedule 2.

(2) The remaining provisions of this Act commence on 1 January 2003.
