PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS ACT 2002 - SECT 32

32 Notification about particular matters

A registered professional engineer must, within 21 days after changing his or her name or contact details, advise the board about the change unless the engineer has a reasonable excuse.

Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.
