As soon as is practicable after 1 June in each year the person for the time being performing the functions of the licensing officer shall cause to be published in the gazette a list of the names of all persons who hold licences as at 1 June last preceding and of the places of business at or from which business is or is to be carried on by such holders under the authority of the licences.
