Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts7.(1) The functions and powers of the licensing officer under this Act shall be performed and may be exercised by the person who for the time being holds or is acting in the office of the commissioner for training appointed for the purposes of the Industry and Commerce Training Act 1979 .
(2) A person who holds an appointment as the commissioner for training, welfare officer, training consultant or commission inspector for the purposes of the Industry and Commerce Training Act 1979 shall, without further appointment, be an inspector for the purposes of this Act.
