PRIVATE EMPLOYMENT AGENTS ACT 2005 - SECT 53
53 Effect of regulation amendment by the Right to Information Act 2009
The amendment of the Private Employment Agents (Code of Conduct) Regulation
2005 by the Right to Information Act 2009 does not affect the power of the
Governor in Council to further amend the regulation or to repeal it.
