PUBLIC HEALTH ACT 2005 - SECT 28

28 Person must comply with enforcement order

(1) A person must comply with an enforcement order unless the person has a reasonable excuse.

Maximum penalty—400 penalty units.

(2) Subsection (1) does not limit any other liability a person may incur for a contravention of the order.
