Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The chief executive must publish the chief executive's authorisation at least 7 days before the start of the program, in the area to which the program relates, by newspaper, radio or television.
(2) Failure to publish the authorisation does not affect the authorisation.
