Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies to a notice under the Health Act 1937, section 79, requiring the abatement of a nuisance mentioned in section 77(a), (b), (c), (d) or (h) of that Act, that was in force immediately before the commencement day.
(2) The notice continues in force as a public health order.
(3) In this section—
commencement day means the day section 23 commences.
