Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if, before the commencement day, the chief executive received information mentioned in the Health Act 1937, section 100FK(1), relating to a woman but did not send the woman a notice under that section.
(2) The chief executive must send the woman a notice under section 260.
(3) In this section—
commencement day means the day section 260 commences.
