PRIVATE HEALTH FACILITIES ACT 1999 - SECT 147A
147A Application of section 147 to person under Coroners Act 2003
Section 147 does not apply to the disclosure of information to a person who
requires the information to perform a function under the Coroners Act 2003,
other than the preparation of an annual report.
