PERSONAL INJURIES PROCEEDINGS ACT 2002 - SECT 86
86 Amendment of regulation under Civil Liability and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2010
The amendment of the Personal Injuries Proceedings Regulation 2002 under the
Civil Liability and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2010 does not affect the
power of the Governor in Council to further amend the regulation or to repeal
it.
