Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsAn officer in the public service of Queensland shall perform any function which the Minister, as the Designated Authority in respect of the Commonwealth offshore area for Queensland, or as a member of the Joint Authority, requires the officer to perform in relation to a Commonwealth Act.
