PETROLEUM (SUBMERGED LANDS) ACT 1982 - SECT 151
151 Fees and penalties debts due to the State
A fee royalty or other amount payable under this division is a debt due by the
permittee, licensee or pipeline licensee to the State and is recoverable in a
court of competent jurisdiction.
