Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A person upon whom the rights of a registered holder of a permit, licence, pipeline licence or access authority have devolved by operation of law may apply in writing to the Minister to have the person's name entered in the register as the holder of the permit, licence, pipeline licence or access authority.
(2) The Minister shall, if the Minister is satisfied that the rights of the holder have devolved upon the applicant by operation of law and on payment of a fee of $30 enter the name of the applicant in the register as the holder of the permit, licence, pipeline licence or access authority and, upon that entry being so made, the applicant becomes the registered holder of the permit, licence, pipeline licence or access authority.
