Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsSubject to section 88 neither the Minister, the Minister's delegate, nor a person acting under the direction or authority of the Minister or the Minister's delegate is liable to an action suit or proceeding for or in respect of an act or matter bona fide done or omitted to be done in exercise or purported exercise of any power or authority conferred by this division.
