Commencement ENDNOTES - LONG TITLE An Act to provide for the formation and registration of limited partnerships and for related matters 1 Short title This Act may be cited as the Partnership (Limited Liability) Act 1988. 2 Commencement (1) Section 1 and this section shall commence on the date of assent. (2) Except as provided by subsection (1), this Act shall commence on a day appointed by proclamation.
