Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies to a decision by the chief executive under section 21N, other than a decision to seize a matter or thing under this Act.
(2) A person who is given, or is entitled to be given, a QCAT information notice for the decision may apply, as provided under the QCAT Act, to QCAT for a review of the decision.
