PLANT PROTECTION ACT 1989 - SECT 32A

32A Limitation on time for starting proceedings

A proceeding for an offence may be started within--

(a) 1 year after the offence is committed; or
(b) 1 year after the offence comes to the complainant's knowledge, but within 2 years after the offence is committed.
