POLICE POWERS AND RESPONSIBILITIES ACT 2000 - SECT 159

This part applies only in relation to the following offences (a part 2 offence)—

(a) an indictable offence;

(b) an offence involving gaming or betting;

(c) an offence against any of the following Acts—

• Confiscation Act

• Explosives Act 1999

• Nature Conservation Act 1992

• Weapons Act 1990;

(d) an offence against the Liquor Act 1992, section 168B or 168C.
