PODIATRISTS REGISTRATION ACT 2001 - SECT 17

17 Public members

The public members must consist of--

(a) at least 1 person nominated by community groups and other entities the Minister considers have an interest in consumer health issues; and
(b) at least 1 other person nominated by the Minister.
