PSYCHOLOGISTS REGISTRATION ACT 2001 - SECT 159

159 Failure to return identity card

A person who ceases to be an inspector must return the person's identity card to the chairperson within 7 days after the person ceases to be an inspector, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.

Maximum penalty--10 penalty units.
