Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) An application for the restoration of an item 1 or 2 column 1 registration made under section 22(3) of the repealed Act, and not decided before the commencement, must be decided under this Act.
(2) The application is taken to be for the restoration of the column 2 registration shown opposite the column 1 registration.
(3) Part 3, division 5 applies to the application.
(4) However, the following provisions do not apply to the application--
(a) the provisions, applied by section 82, to the extent to which they relate to recency of practice requirements;
(b) sections 83, 84 and 87.
(5) If an item 2 column 1 registration is restored, the registration is subject to the requirement that the registrant undertake the period of supervised practice in psychology that the registrant would have been required to complete under the repealed Act if this Act had not commenced.
