PSYCHOLOGISTS REGISTRATION ACT 2001 - SECT 25

25 Effect of vacancy in membership of board

(1) Subsection (2) applies despite sections 15 to 17.

(2) The performance of a function, or exercise of a power, by the board is not affected merely because of a vacancy in the membership of the board.
