Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A certificate of provisional general registration must be in the approved form.
(2) The approved form must provide for the inclusion of the following--
(a) the registrant's name;
(b) the period of the registration;
(c) the condition that the registrant may practise the profession only in accordance with the probationary conditions mentioned in section 57(2)(a).
