Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If the board decides to extend the probationary conditions, or to extend the probationary conditions and impose additional conditions, the decision takes effect when an information notice about the decision is given to the probationary registrant under section 98(5)(a) or (b).
(2) If the board decides to remove the conditions, the removal takes effect when notice of the decision is given to the probationary registrant under section 98(5)(c) and does not depend on a new certificate of general registration being issued to the registrant under section 102(5).
