Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The board may decide to register the applicant as a special purpose registrant on conditions the board considers necessary or desirable for the applicant to competently and safely undertake the special activity the subject of the application.
(2) If the board decides to register the applicant as a special purpose registrant on conditions, it must as soon as practicable give the applicant an information notice about the decision.
